As the primary point of contact for our guests, you will deliver excellent dining experiences by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction with speed, accuracy, and hospitality. Compensation We offer competitive pay starting at $4.00/hour plus tips . Our restaurant experiences steady volume and generous tips—an average server working 40 hours per week can easily achieve approximately $5,000 per month in total earnings. Key Responsibilities Warmly greet guests, present menus, and answer questions about food, drinks, and daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system and communicate dietary restrictions to the kitchen. Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately according to table numbers and sequence. Perform table check-ins to ensure guests are satisfied, pre-bus tables, and fulfill additional requests. Process guest payments accurately (cash, credit cards) and issue receipts. Maintain clean dining areas, prep stations, and perform opening/closing side-work duties. Qualifications & Requirements Prior server experience required. Prior experience in Asian cuisine/dining preferred. Strong verbal communication, multitasking, and time-management skills. Basic math skills and experience handling cash and point-of-sale (POS) systems. Valid alcohol service certification preferred.
