• We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher/Server to join our culinary team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment while supporting cafe operations. This role requires a passion for food preparation, hospitality, and teamwork. Typical hours are Tuesday
• Saturday 10:30 AM
• 2:30 PM with a minimum of one weekend and one evening shift (5:30
• 8:30 PM every other week)
• Responsibilities
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and tools.
• Assist cooks with food preparation and plating.
• Bus tables and clean up dining areas after meals.
• Ensure proper food handling and storage practices.
• Support the culinary team during meal service, including expediting, plating and serving dishes.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure seamless service.
• Participate in daily cleaning and sanitation tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.

• Familiarity with kitchen operations and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and equipment.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, and weekends. Cafe is open Tuesday
• Saturday.
