Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Silverware or Aloha POS Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Maintain knowledge of menu items, including food preparation details and beverage options like wine and spirits Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during food handling and serving Assist with bussing tables, cleaning service areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming environment Experience Previous food service experience in restaurants, cafes, or bars is highly preferred Experience with POS systems such as Silverware or Aloha POS is advantageous Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while maintaining high-quality service Familiarity with food safety protocols and sanitation standards in the food industry Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and positive energy Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and process sales efficiently Experience working in fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus Basic math skills for order totaling and change calculation are essential Join us as a Server to bring energy, enthusiasm, and exceptional service to every guest interaction.
