The ideal candidate will assist with customer service, order taking, pizza pickup, payment processing, dining area support, and general restaurant duties while maintaining high standards of hospitality, accuracy, and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service. Take dine-in, takeout, and pickup orders accurately. Assist customers with menu questions, pizza options, toppings, and available selections. Enter orders into the POS system and process payments accurately. Communicate special requests and order details to kitchen staff. Verify completed orders for accuracy, completeness, and proper packaging. Package pizzas and other menu items for pickup and takeaway service. Assist with delivering food and beverages to guests when needed. Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming counter and dining areas. Clear and reset tables and service areas as needed. Restock pizza boxes, utensils, napkins, condiments, beverages, and other supplies. Respond to guest questions and routine service concerns courteously. Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house team members during busy periods. Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and general restaurant procedures. Follow food handling, sanitation, cash-handling, and workplace safety procedures. Support other team members to maintain efficient and timely customer service. Qualifications Previous pizza restaurant, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred. Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic familiarity with POS systems and payment processing. Strong attention to order accuracy, cleanliness, and service quality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Good teamwork and multitasking skills. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Ability to handle customer questions and requests professionally. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving for extended periods. Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures. Willingness to learn different front-of-house and restaurant responsibilities. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
