Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! Whether working in a lively nightclub, fine dining restaurant, or bustling food service environment, you'll thrive on providing outstanding guest relations and seamless service. Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus confidently, offering recommendations and upselling specialty items to enhance their experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast Pos or Clover POS, ensuring timely and correct delivery Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Manage guest inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and repeat business Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize guest flow Uphold all sanitation standards and food safety regulations throughout your shift to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Toast POS, Clover POS, and OpenTable for efficient order processing and reservations management Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle guest relations gracefully Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales while maintaining a positive attitude Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for understanding food preparation and presentation standards Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and accurate bill calculations Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
