Hospitality comes first. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people — someone who notices when a customer walks through the door, welcomes them, helps them understand our unique concept, and makes sure they leave wanting to come back. Iverstine is a fast-paced butcher shop, restaurant and specialty market. Our servers do more than take orders. They're responsible for creating the experience our customers have from the moment they walk in. What You'll Do Warmly greet and welcome every customer Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Help customers navigate our menu and answer questions Serve food and drinks Expedite orders and ensure food reaches customers quickly and correctly Communicate with the kitchen during busy service Check on guests and anticipate what they need Maintain a clean, welcoming dining and service area Help keep service moving during fast-paced breakfast and lunch periods Handle customer concerns with a positive, solutions-focused attitude Jump in wherever needed to take care of the customer and support the team Hospitality First We can teach our menu. We can teach our POS system. We can teach someone how we expedite food. What we're really looking for is someone who likes taking care of people.
