What You'll Be Doing:
As a Cashier/Server, you'll be the face of The Izland Jamaican Kitch'n, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly, positive attitude. Taking dine-in, takeout, and phone orders accurately. Operating the POS system and handling cash and card transactions. Serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently. Keeping the dining area clean, stocked, and organized. Following food safety and sanitation standards. Collaborating with your team to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for every guest.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking team members who are reliable, customer-focused, and ready to contribute to our "Mek Today Irie" mission. Here's what you'll need to succeed: Must be at least 18 years old. Reliable transportation and excellent attendance. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Strong communication and customer service skills.
