• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or complaints
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Process payments and handle cash transactions using the POS system
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area ```Qualifications```
• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or similar software is a plus
• Knowledge of OpenTable or reservation management systems is beneficial
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
