Sunday Attendance & Professionalism:

Reliability is extremely important for this position. Employees are expected to show up for their scheduled shifts, arrive on time, and be ready to work. Unexcused absences and repeatedly missing scheduled shifts will be taken seriously.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive dinning experience. Showing up dressed professional, being on time and ready to work as well as clocking in on time.
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Assist customers with the menu
• Maintain a clean and organized drink station and register
• Restock drink station and to go items
• Report customer complaints or concerns to manager as soon as they come up
• Be aware of surrounding and what needs your attention
• Work together with coworkers helping other areas when needed
• Showing up to work when scheduled, skipping work will not be taken lightly
• Be willing to learn and listen
