Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and experienced Server to join our dynamic hospitality team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service in a lively dining environment. Your expertise in food and beverage service, combined with your passion for hospitality, will help create memorable moments for our guests. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards, including bussing tables and assisting with food handling and preparation when needed Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments via POS systems. Foster positive guest relations by providing attentive service, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Completion of all side work and deep cleaning the restaurant daily Qualifications Proven experience as a Server in a restaurant or food service environment. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while multitasking efficiently Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with food industry operations including food preparation, serving, bussing, and basic math for cash handling Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant schedule Ability to lift 30lbs and is skilled in tray carrying.
