In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, ensure smooth food and beverage service, and create memorable moments for our members. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality will drive the success of Oakbourne's Bar and Grill. Whether you're seasoned in food service or eager to grow your skills, this position offers an environment where your talents can shine. Duties Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring clear communication with all staff. Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of beverage service and drink presentation. Upsell menu items including specials, specialty cocktails, wines, and desserts to enhance member experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining or previous serving experience is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on member satisfaction and relationship building. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage presentation techniques. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of POS systems. Pass a pre-employment background and drug screen test.
