As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality and customer service to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that patrons have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering food and beverages promptly while maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are noted. Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils after each use. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring all sales are recorded properly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests or dietary restrictions. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.

Recommended:

Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and efficiently. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
