  • Part-time, Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that food and beverages are delivered promptly and accurately to guests, enhancing their dining experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service. Duties Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner. Assist servers by ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete before delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods. Adhere to food safety standards and proper handling procedures at all times. Support the team during peak hours by assisting with food preparation and other kitchen duties as needed. Provide exceptional guest services by responding promptly to requests and inquiries. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred. Familiarity with food handling, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations is essential. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Background in banquet service or hotel hospitality can be beneficial. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are required. A passion for culinary arts and guest satisfaction will set you apart as an ideal candidate.
