Job Description:

As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive top-notch service during their dining experience. Your warm and attentive approach will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our patrons.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner, guiding them to their tables and providing menus. Take accurate food and drink orders from guests, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted. Serve meals and beverages promptly and efficiently, following established presentation standards. Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders. Offer recommendations to guests based on their preferences and menu items. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and promptly. Check in with diners to ensure they are enjoying their meals and address any issues or requests. Clear tables and reset them for the next guests, maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Process guest payments accurately and handle cash and credit card transactions. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and seamless dining experience. Adhere to restaurant policies, safety guidelines, and responsible beverage service standards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Server in a restaurant or similar setting is a plus. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Strong attention to detail and a desire to exceed customer expectations. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and dietary restrictions (training will be provided). A passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
