restaurant. Come work in Metairie w/some winners at Bobby Hebert's Cajun Cannon Restaurant! Servers average $150+ per shift. You MUST have sufficient beer, liquor & wine knowledge as we have an extensive cocktail list. The food sells itself but you can put your own twist on it to upsell and make more money. We add gratuity to parties of 5 or more and we keep large tops in house! We are open 365/7 days a week, so that includes ALL Major Holidays and all special events. No piercings besides an earring.
