Duties Greet guests warmly, provide attentive service, and ensure a positive dining experience from start to finish Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems and process transactions efficiently Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards; assist with beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning service areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly Manage cash handling accurately, process payments securely, and reconcile sales at the end of each shift Requirements Previous food service or restaurant experience in fine dining or casual settings; nightclub or hospitality experience is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude; excellent guest relations abilities Knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink presentation techniques is a bonus Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly Culinary experience or food preparation knowledge is desirable; understanding of food safety and sanitation standards essential Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift trays, and perform cleaning duties as needed Must have a way to get to work on time Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding service in a lively setting!
