NOW HIRING - HOME CARE SUPERVISOR
Renewed Care LLC is seeking a dependable and organized Home Care Supervisor to oversee caregiver services and participant care.
Responsibilities include:
Supervise and monitor caregivers Conduct participant home visits Review progress notes and Plan of Care compliance Monitor schedules, attendance, and EVV Follow up on participant concerns Monitor health and safety requirements, including fire drills Provide staff coaching and corrective follow-up Maintain accurate supervisory documentation
Qualifications:
Atleast 23years of age A bachelors degree in social work, psychology, sociology, recreational therapy or counseling from an acredited univesity and 2yrs of paid field experience providing direct services to the elderly and /disabled persons OR A high school diploma or GED from an acredited school and 5years of paid experience providing direct care services to the elderly and/or persons with disabilities Strong leadership and communication skills Dependable and organized Ability to manage staff and participant concerns professionally Must meet all agency and applicable state employment requirements Interested applicants:

From $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
