You are responsible for leading a dedicated station, managing your support team and providing expert level knowledge on our culunary and beverage program. Responsibilities Manage the pace and flow of the dining experience, serving as the main point of contact for guest. Provide detaul descriptions of our menu, cocktail list and curated wine list Execute tableside wine service and provide recommendations for our guest Director and mentor server assistants to ensure a seamless service Qualifications 5+ years of experience in fine dining Strong wine knowledge Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
