We are looking for true hospitality professionals who understand this rhythm and are locked in for the ride. While we give everyone 3 to 4 days off for our Thanksgiving and Christmas closure, we need a team that is ready to work the big revenue drivers: Halloween, New Year's Eve, and Carnival parade season (but we are closed Mardi Gras Day!). The payoff? When the summer slowdown hits, we offer a very flexible time off policy, including the option to take 3-4 weeks off while we run a lighter shift schedule.

The Role:

We are seeking a passionate, reliable server who thrives in a fun, high-energy environment. The ideal candidate can navigate a packed floor with ease, and has solid knowledge of food, natural wine, spirits and steps of service. You'll be engaging daily with our deep base of local regulars and seasonal tourists alike.

What We're Looking For:

3-5+ years of high-volume serving experience with strong food, wine, and cocktail knowledge. Full-time commitment 4-5 shifts per week with consistent evening/PM availability (including Sundays). A positive, grounded attitude and the ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure. Full availability for peak season dates (October through June).

Strong Earning Potential:

Our servers consistently average over $30 an hour throughout our busy season.

Fast, Efficient Shifts:

Shifts are typically 5 to 7 hours, we move quickly and get you out at a reasonable time (we close at 10 PM!).

Collaborative Earnings:

We operate on a supportive, house-wide tip pool paired with a built-in sales share pulled directly from food revenue. This keeps shift earnings strong, balances out slow nights, and ensures BOH and FOH are aligned.
