Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Food Runner to join our team. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient food delivery and overall customer satisfaction. Duties
- Assist in delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness of orders
- Clear tables and assist in bussing duties to maintain a clean dining area
- Help servers with various tasks to enhance customer service
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house team
- Handle food with care and adhere to proper food handling procedures Requirements
- Prior experience in a restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of food service operations is a plus
