Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and efficient order processing. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations using OpenTable or similar systems, and seat guests promptly Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted clearly Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, handling cash handling responsibilities with integrity Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, including wine knowledge and spirits experience, to assist guests with recommendations Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met by following proper food handling procedures Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Foster positive guest relations by providing attentive service, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask effectively while managing time in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately Food industry experience with understanding of sanitation standards and food safety protocols Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact positively with guests Previous host/hostess or bussing experience is advantageous but not required Join us to deliver outstanding service in a vibrant setting where your enthusiasm makes every guest's experience memorable!
