Job Description
Server Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and prompt delivery of food
- Prepare beverages such as coffee, tea, and cocktails
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
Skills:
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest relations
- Knowledge of basic food preparation and presentation
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
