Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a good attitude Take customer orders accurately Provide recommendations and maintain an understanding of the menu to answer any questions Serve food and drinks to customers Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with them throughout their meal Maintain table setting by removing courses as completed and being alert to special requests Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with emotional resiliency Process card payments Take phone orders accurately and attentively Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar role preferred but not required Excellent customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time Pay is MA minimum wage for servers $6.75 plus tips
