Job Description
Overview The People's Pint is hiring an experienced part-time server. We are a well established restaurant and brewpub in Greenfield with locally sourced, unpretentious food and craft-made beer. We have many frequent guests, including regulars and first time visitors and are a tight-knit and collaborative front of house team operating in a tip pool. We are looking for someone to join our team who is reliable, efficient, thorough, kind and fun. Ideal candidates can manage their own section ( 8-9 tables), support coworkers, great and seat guests, run food and drinks, and maintain a friendly, helpful, and accommodating attitude. Our resturant is often very busy. Applicants must have considerable serving experience, at least a cursery knowledge of beer, and be able to hold their own in a frequently fast-paced and stimulating enviroment. We have 1-2 available shifts per week to start with the option for additional shifts starting this fall. Ability to cover open shifts is strongly preferred. Compensation is $6.75 an hour plus tips, which average between $30-$53 per hour depending on the shift. Apply in person at the restaurant at 24 Federal St. in Greenfield between 4-9 Monday through Thursday and 11-9 Friday and Saturday.
