About Longmeadow Country Club Located at 400 Shaker Road in Longmeadow, MA, Longmeadow Country Club is a private, member-owned club with more than 430 active members. Our club features a beautifully renovated clubhouse, an 18-hole Donald Ross championship golf course, practice facilities, tennis and platform tennis courts, swimming and wading pools, and a full-service poolside café. Responsibilities Welcome and greet members and guests in a warm, professional manner. Provide attentive, friendly service throughout each dining experience. Present menus and answer questions about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly. Serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with all applicable laws and club policies. Bus, clean, and reset tables to maintain a clean and inviting dining area. Complete opening, closing, and side work assignments. Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure excellent service. Resolve member concerns professionally and positively. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and beverage service regulations. Qualifications Previous restaurant or banquet serving experience preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Friendly, professional, and positive attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail. Reliable, responsible, and dependable. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
