Responsibilities Safely transport prepared food from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring presentation quality and accuracy. Assist with food preparation and plating when needed, supporting kitchen staff to maintain efficient service flow. Handle heavy lifting safely when moving large trays, boxes of supplies, or equipment following proper lifting practices. Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including sweeping floors and sanitizing surfaces regularly to uphold food safety standards. Support in food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations and food safety protocols. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and guests to coordinate timely service and address any special requests or concerns. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor for in-person customer service.
