Duties Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take orders by phone and take orders online. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order fulfillment. Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment. Foster positive guest relations by providing attentive service and anticipating needs. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food handling practices to maintain safety standards. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required. A positive attitude and willingness to help others, contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere.
