Job Description

Description We are looking for a AM and Weekend guest service superstars to join our At Your Service team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests reaching out by telephone. Your friendly voice and efficient service will help maintain the highest standards of service. Job Duties:
Make coffee, prepare and set up breakfast buffet according to Marriott and hotel standards Communicate with manager to learn about in-house groups, Elite guests and any special events or requests. Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner. Maintain food and beverage buffet so it looks clean and appealing. Promptly remove dishes as guests depart. Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous food and beverage service experience a plus.
