Banquet responsibilities would be setting up and fulfilling duties for tournaments, weddings, or other events. MUST be able to work Monday & Tuesday morning/afternoon shift throughout the Fall/Winter season. Minimum wage plus gratuities Responsibilities Complete table setting by fetching and placing appropriate tableware and napkins Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards Remove dirty dishes and utensils Vacuum, take trash out, polish and roll silverware Set up event space accordingly Neatly place silverware,glassware, and dishware in accordance to event description. Skills Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays/tables and stand for long hours Multi-tasking abilities Good oral communication skills Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment
