The ideal candidate should have at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in the swimming pool industry and be comfortable working throughout the entire pool season, typically March through December.

Duties Interpret construction plans and technical drawings to accurately execute pool layouts and features Excavate and prepare site foundations using heavy equipment, ensuring proper grading and drainage Install plumbing systems for water circulation, filtration, and heating components with precision Build concrete forms, pour concrete, and perform finishing work to create durable pool shells Install building materials such as drywall, stucco, plastering, caulking, and flooring around the pool area Fabricate and install hardscaping elements including patios, retaining walls, and coping using appropriate tools Operate power tools and hand tools safely to install electrical systems, lighting fixtures, cabinetry, and other accessories Conduct quality inspections throughout construction phases to ensure adherence to safety protocols and technical specifications Manage construction schedules efficiently while coordinating with team members to meet project deadlines Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety procedures and protocols Requirements Proven experience in construction or remodeling projects with a focus on outdoor or hardscape construction Strong knowledge of building construction techniques including concrete forming, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry (including trim carpentry), drywall installation, stucco application, and flooring installation Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and construction plans accurately Ability to operate heavy equipment such as excavators or loaders safely and effectively Experience with power tools, hand tools, caulking guns, plastering tools, and fabrication equipment Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites and outdoor work environments Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in measuring, cutting, fitting, and finishing materials Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards Construction management or estimating experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential Join us in building exceptional pools that bring joy and value to our clients' outdoor living spaces!
