Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while handling cash safely and responsibly Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation and food handling tasks as needed in a fast-paced environment Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine pairings, spirits, and menu options to elevate the guest experience Support team members during busy hours by managing multiple tables and coordinating with kitchen staff Ensure guest relations are positive by addressing concerns promptly and professionally Qualifications Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality settings is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine, and drink presentation techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash safely Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is advantageous but not required Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude that makes guests feel welcome Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes every guest's visit special.
