Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Clover Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment method Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining proper presentation standards Ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are followed during food handling and serving Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, including wine pairings and cocktail recipes to assist guests effectively Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Ability to process cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail Experience in upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
