Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Process sales transactions swiftly and accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktail service, wine knowledge, and beverage upselling Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, bar stations, and service stations Assist with food preparation tasks when needed and support kitchen staff to ensure timely service Engage with guests to enhance their experience through personalized recommendations and upselling techniques such as OpenTable reservations or spirits suggestions Requirements Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse situations professionally Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Experience with cocktail mixing, beverage service, wine knowledge, spirits experience, or bartending is highly desirable Excellent communication skills coupled with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through energetic service and expert knowledge!
