Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and wine pairings to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and timely food preparation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with food running, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area to uphold sanitation standards Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating and optimize guest flow Qualifications Proven restaurant experience with a strong background in food service and customer relations Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Demonstrated culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques in fine dining or upscale environments Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently and effectively Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling practices Experience working in nightclubs or high-energy hospitality settings is advantageous Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and accurate bill processing Exceptional guest services skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude Join us to deliver outstanding service in a vibrant atmosphere where your enthusiasm makes every guest feel special!
