Job Description
Server Assistant/ Server Come work on the water! We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our team. The candidate should have knowledge of basic cocktail creation, wine, beer and the commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fun and vibrant, waterfront atmosphere. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for making craft cocktails by recipe, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience while dining in our restaurant or staying at our boutique hotel. As a Server you will be responsible for taking orders, maintaining table etiquette and steps of service, delivering food, contributing to the overall cleanliness of the restaurant and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and offering recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order processing and payment transactions. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices. Follow brand standards for steps of service. Maintain a Teamwork first attitude. Assist in special events as needed. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Experience Previous experience in the food industry is preferred Must possess a knowledge of basic cocktails and pouring practices Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests Familiarity with hospitality standards and food safety practices is essential Come Join our uniquely dynamic team where your skills will be valued and compensated, and your contributions will enhance the overall guest experience!
