Bada$$ BBQ Server This is a fast paced sever position best suited for those with amazing customer service skills and a desire to uphold standards. You would fit in with our fun team if you have the drive to be successful and you like to make money! We're a busy, successful BBQ joint known for big flavors, fantastic drinks, and a team that actually likes coming to work. We're looking for servers who know how to own a section, read a table, and bring their own unique energy. What You'll Be Doing Running your section like a Boss Delivering fast, friendly, no-BS service Knowing the menu well enough to sell it , not just read it Keeping guests happy, drinks full, and vibes high Working as part of a tight FOH team that has each other's backs Taking and placing orders on a handheld for fast service on the fly Upholding our high standards for providing and amazing guest experience Who This Is For Servers with real experience (you've been in the weeds and survived) People with personality —confident, upbeat, and not afraid to talk to tables Team players who hustle, support the team, and don't run when the going gets tough Folks who can take direction, move fast, and keep it professional Who This Is Not For Anyone who hates volume, noise, or fast-paced service.
