Server - Azalea Japanese Restaurant Azalea Japanese Restaurant is looking for an experienced, professional, and motivated Server to join our team. Compensation $5.00/hour + tips Current average: $30+ in tips per day, depending on business volume and individual performance Requirements Minimum 2 years of Japanese restaurant serving experience Strong knowledge of Japanese sake and champagne Must be flexible and available to work weekends Must be able to properly open and close the restaurant under supervision Able to run food, clear and bus tables, and assist the team as needed Strong customer-service and communication skills Must be comfortable upselling appetizers, sake, champagne, cocktails, and other beverages Professional, well-groomed appearance No perfume or strong fragrances while working No nail polish Reliable, punctual, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment Must be a team player and willing to assist with duties beyond your assigned tables What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who understands Japanese dining service, takes pride in providing excellent hospitality, and can confidently guide guests through our food and beverage offerings.
