Full Job Description Dining Room Server Position Summary:

Under the general direction of our Floor Managers, Primary Dining Room Server responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensure the highest quality of customer service is available for our guests Set up of the dining room tables for shifts Serve guests meals Cleaning of dining room, or other areas as directed by management. Assisting with the preparation of desserts, salads and condiments for service. Other duties as assigned by supervisor or Executive Director. Work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment Demonstrating genuine hospitality while greeting and establishing rapport with the guest and delivering an exceptional dining experience Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating thorough knowledge of the food, beverages and ingredients Taking accurate orders and partnering with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests& expectations Providing friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel like they are at home Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant industry
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle various customer requests
• Knowledge of POS systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS
• Understanding of food safety protocols and sanitation practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is a plus

Pay:

$3.84 per hour
