On-Call Experienced Banquet & Catering Server Craftsmen Catering - Bay City, MI Craftsmen Catering is looking for an experienced, reliable On-Call Banquet & Catering Server to join our event staff. This is a flexible, as-needed position for individuals who enjoy working events and take pride in providing professional, attentive service. Responsibilities Provide professional and friendly service at weddings, banquets, corporate events, and other catered functions Set up and break down tables, chairs, linens, place settings, buffet stations, and other event equipment Serve plated meals, buffet-style meals, appetizers, and beverages Maintain clean and organized service areas throughout the event Assist with event preparation, service, and cleanup Communicate effectively with the catering team, event staff, and clients Follow all food safety, sanitation, and service standards Represent Craftsmen Catering professionally at every event Requirements Previous banquet or catering serving experience required Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment Ability to carry and move up to 50 lbs. Ability to walk up and down stairs while carrying supplies or equipment Must be available to work nights and weekends as needed Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team Ability to remain professional and composed during busy events
