Server Captain | Casa Pasha Casa Pasha is building a dining experience unlike anything else in the area: serious food and cocktails, world-class beef and seafood, Japanese influence, live fire, great wine, and a room with real energy. We are looking for Server Captains who love the craft of service. This is not a role for someone who just takes orders and runs food. Our captains lead the table—reading the room, knowing the details, setting the pace, and making guests feel like they are exactly where they want to be. You'll join the opening team and help set the standard for how Casa Pasha feels from day one. What You'll Do Own the guest experience from greeting through farewell. Build genuine rapport and make every table feel seen, comfortable, and well cared for.

Know the menu deeply:

steaks, Wagyu, sushi, seafood, cocktails, wine, sake, and the details that make each dish special. Guide guests confidently and make thoughtful recommendations without sounding scripted or sales-driven. Work with your support team, runners, bartenders, hosts, and managers to keep service smooth, sharp, and well-paced. Maintain clean, polished, fully reset tables throughout service. Handle ordering, modifications, checks, and payments accurately. Stay aware of every table—what they need now, what they may need next, and when to give them space. Complete opening, running, and closing responsibilities with pride. Who You Are An experienced server—upscale, fine-dining, steakhouse, cocktail-forward, or high-level volume experience is strongly preferred. Naturally hospitable, confident, observant, and composed when the room gets busy. Interested in food, wine, cocktails, and learning the story behind what you serve. A strong communicator who can lead a table without dominating it. A teammate. You understand that great service is never a one-person job. Detail-oriented and reliable. You show up prepared, look sharp, and take ownership. Excited to be part of an opening team where everyone has a hand in building the culture.
