The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer relations skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in fine dining or the food industry is preferred, along with familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained at all times Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and preparing for service Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Address guest inquiries professionally, resolving any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of service areas and adhere to sanitation guidelines Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively during busy service hours Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join our team to deliver outstanding service in a vibrant environment where your hospitality skills can shine.
