Duties Safely handle and transport food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Assist with food preparation and plating as needed, supporting kitchen staff to maintain efficiency. Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, maintaining a tidy dining area and adhering to food safety standards. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and guests to coordinate timely service delivery. Follow safe manual handling practices during heavy lifting tasks, including transporting large trays or boxes of supplies. Qualifications Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and proper cleaning techniques. Strong communication skills and in-person customer service abilities to engage positively with guests. Experience with bussing, serving, or food running in a hospitality setting is advantageous. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
