Job Description
Manitou Passage Golf Club is a destination golf course, located within the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and has been chosen by the viewers of Good Morning America as the "Most Beautiful Place in America.". Our goals for guest service are highly elevated, proactive and personalized as we warmly welcome every guest and provide heartfelt support at every interaction. Description We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and energetic server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience by providing excellent customer service, taking accurate orders, and ensuring timely food and beverage delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival Present menus, explain specials, and answer any questions about menu items or ingredients Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned tables and work areas Handle payment transactions and operate the POS system Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service flow Uphold the restaurant's standards of customer service and hospitalityQualifications:
Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Must be able to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Compensation Starting at $11.00 per hour, plus tips.
