The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests. This role requires individuals who can work efficiently with a sense of urgency, moving quickly to meet the needs of both customers and the establishment. The Server will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment while maintaining high standards of service. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus in a professional manner Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Assist guests with menu selections and answer any questions about dishes or specials Work efficiently under pressure, maintaining a fast-paced workflow Clear tables and ensure cleanliness of the dining area throughout service Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to deliver seamless service Handle customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and urgency Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and restaurant policies to provide informed recommendations Qualifications Previous experience as a Server or in a customer service role is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated individuals Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and reliability This position offers an opportunity to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
