Responsibilities include meal service, table service, light food preparation, assisting with special events, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment. What You'll Do Provide friendly and professional service to residents and guests Serve meals in the dining room and bistro Take orders, deliver food, bus tables, and reset dining areas Assist with preparing salads, desserts, and other light food preparation Set up and maintain salad bars, beverage stations, and service areas Assist with community events, meetings, and special functions Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations Complete opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned Work collaboratively with the dining team to ensure an outstanding resident experience Qualifications Current Food Handler Permit required ServSafe certification or training preferred Previous restaurant, hospitality, senior living, or food service experience preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Why Join Covenant Living?
