The ideal candidate for this position is a professional with experience working in a restaurant setting, that is incredibly detail oriented and a fantastic multitasker. Rate is estimated based on tip + gratuity averages.

Responsibilities:

Explain menu items and tea pairings to guests. Accept and set up tea and other drink orders correctly. Deliver tea trays and other food items quickly. Provide fast and friendly service. Follow directions from the MoD. Maintain health and safety standards. Follow restaurant and kitchen processes and procedures. Assist with opening and closing the restaurant depending on day/shift Take part in seasonal decorating days (paid hourly) Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

Ability to: Lift up to 50 lbs. Stand on feet for extended periods of time. Work in small spaces. Maintain a positive attitude. Collaborate with other team members. Keep a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail. Creative problem solving skills.
