Full Job Description Server Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.Server Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions or concerns
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting for the next guest
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
Service Experience:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
