The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment. They should have excellent communication skills and the ability to address buisness as needed while being able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to multi-task. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to other team members, helping to ensure that our service is on time and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals. Be able to take direction and feedback from team leaders. Be able to work independently and as part of a team. Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Be organized and detail-oriented. Be able to communicate effectively with other team members. Be flexible and adaptable to changing situations.

Pay Levels:

Inexperienced (First Job - Little work experience) $15hr

Intermidiate:

(Couple years in food or guest service) $16hr

Experienced:

(4-8 years in guest service or food) $17+hr
