Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests.Duties:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and explain menu items to customers.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Enter orders into the POS system with precision.
- Serve food and beverages promptly.
- Check on customers to ensure satisfaction with their meals.
- Clear tables efficiently and reset for the next guests.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions securely.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
Experience:
- Prior experience in a server role preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in using cash registers and POS systems.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation standards.
- Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and specials.
- Ability to bus tables and assist with various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry practices.
- Experience with Aloha POS system is a plus.
