Lake Leelanau, MI St. Mary Parish & School in Lake Leelanau, MI is seeking a reliable, self-motivated Maintenance & Custodial Coordinator to oversee the care, maintenance, and appearance of our parish and school campus. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring our buildings and grounds remain safe, clean, and well-maintained while coordinating custodial operations and working with contractors on facility projects. Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Occasional evenings and weekends as needed Responsibilities Perform general building maintenance and repairs. Coordinate and oversee daily custodial operations. Maintain the safety, cleanliness, and appearance of campus buildings and grounds. Monitor and maintain equipment and facility systems. Coordinate maintenance projects and work with outside contractors and inspectors. Purchase maintenance and custodial supplies. Set up facilities for parish and school events. Communicate facility needs and major repairs with administration. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications General knowledge of building maintenance and custodial practices. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to lift 50 pounds or more. Experience in facility maintenance is preferred.
